Electrocoin to show latest releases at Interazar

Electrocoin is set to bring a raft of new arcade and redemption games to Spain for Interazar next week.

Set to take place from April 28-29 in Madrid, the Spanish gaming fair will see the UK manufacturer and distributor showcase its new releases including Football Champ, which is hitting the market just in time to capitalise on World Cup excitement.

John A Stergides, the company’s sales and marketing director, said that its timing is strategic and has already been well-received by operators.

Prize based games will also be a focus for the company, with games like Big Wheel making the trip. Electrocoin says that its illuminated cabinet and simple gameplay make it a favourite among operators.

Pokémon pinball on show

Finally, the company will showcase one of the year’s biggest releases from its partner Stern Pinball, as Pokémon is shown for the first time. Stergides said that the game has generated “unprecedented interest and demand,” driven by one of the world’s biggest entertainment licences. Stergides added: “We are very excited; Spain is a crucial market for us.

"Interazar is an essential meeting point for the sector and a showcase where the industry’s evolution is clearly visible.”
